a cozy French neighborhood bistro with a boutique hotel, located at the beginning of the historic Twijnstraat in Utrecht. The oldest and perhaps the most charming shopping street in the city. Here, everything is about enjoyment, with chef Thijs bringing classics to life in his own way.
